Glasses
May 3, 2015
He was walking in the downtown area. It was a holiday. He wore glasses, which had a cool design and looked normal from the outside; but, they were really a wearable computer. The most advanced.

For example, when you look at a boutique sign, the information of the boutique shop would pop up like a comic dialogue's balloon, like:

 Name: XXXX
 Category: Shop (Boutique)
Main goods: Women Fashion: ZARA, Gap, Eddie Bauerc
Women Bags: Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Hermesc
Additional info: Famous for middle-aged women c

Of course, if all the information that you see popped up, it would become a hindrance. In addition, there were many things he just didn't care about, like women's clothes. The glasses hid all non-essential, non-requested information.

On this day, from the list, he checked, Safety, Food & Drink, Sports & Health, and Women. (In the 'Women' genre, he filled additional information such as an age range or fashion.)

On the opposite side of the road, there was a dog approaching him.
Soon the information popped up on the dog's body, so he could guess it might be related to 'Safety', it read:
 Category: Dog
 Kinds: Labrador retriever
 Age: 5 year's old (Approximately)
 Weight: 32 kg (Approximately)
 Sex: Male
Additional info: A stray dog (Possibility of 80 percent)

He soon noticed the red letters started flashing at the dog, "This dog is dangerous! (Possibility of 90 percent)"

So, he changed his route, started to cross the road. Soon, there was a shouting voice
from behind. The dog was jumping on a businessman, scratching his trousers.  The poor businessman who was hitting the dog with his briefcase soon gave up and ran away. The dog followed him. Looking at them as they ran down the street, he smiled giving thanks for his new gadget.

After a while, he needed to go to the bathroom and entered the nearest department store. Getting out from the men's room, he noticed that a woman was looking for something, as she was kneeling on the floor.

He approached her and asked, "Is something wrong?" The woman looked up at him. She was pretty. She looked to be in her late twenties. She wore expensive looking clothes and had a brand-named handbag. They seemed to match her well.  She said, "I'm looking for one of my earrings." She showed the other one hanging from her ear, which looked expensive too.

He nodded and started to search around. After a while he found it. It was a little bit away from where she was looking, somebody might have accidentally kicked it.

She thanked him many times. She said looking at the food court nearby, in pleading eyes, "Let me buy you something to drink."  He, of course, agreed with it.

Following her, he was looking at the information on the monitor of his glasses, it read:
 Category: Woman
 Age: 25 years old (Approximately)
Class: Rich (Possibility of 90 percent)
At the 'Additional info,' the words 'Under Calculation' flickered.

She bought 2 cups of coffee and they sat at one of the tables. She said, "I am near-sighted so you were very helpful."  She smiled, it was a beautiful smile. The flicker of 'Under Calculation' on the monitor stopped and changed to, 'She is single. (Possibility of 70 percent)'  He smiled back to her.

They enjoyed the light conversation.
While speaking, he mainly followed the suggestions on the monitor. The computer provided topics including model expressions as the computer calculated from the information of the woman's outfit, her sayings, and her reactions to his sayings.

She laughed at his jokes a lot, so he trusted that his machine was rather reliable. After a while, more new information appeared on the monitor, it read, "If you offer her a dinner date tonight, the possibility of her acceptance is 90 percent." By this time, the possibility of 'She is single' rose up to 90 percent, too.

He was very excited and had to make an effort to hide it. Now the computer was in full operation, which was calculating how he should approach her, and which restaurant would be preferable for her as well as his wallet.  After a while, the monitor started to list up good phrases which she was likely to agree with. He was having a hard time to select the most suitable proposal, as he was pretending to listen to her talk.

At last, he decided one phrase and smiled in his mind, "This must be more than a hundred percent!"

When he was about to start the phrase, he found her face brightening again. "Did she predict what I'm going to say?"
Suddenly, there was a child's voice behind him, "Mom! Can you believe this? Dad ate my ice-cream!"  A boy came running to her and soon his father followed the child. They hugged. She introduced him (who was in shock) to her husband. Her husband shook his hand cheerfully expressing his gratitude for finding his wife's earing.

Looking at the family's backs while they were leaving, he could see the monitor. The number of the evaluation of his possibility of eating out with her was flickering '0' coldly. With another flickering '0' of the possibility of 'She is single.'
