In this society the social welfare cost of the nation was so huge that the government decided to make a drastic policy to reduce the public health budget. So sometimes, because of this policy,people had to suffer some hardships.
He went in a restaurant and ordered some food. A waitress came and pointed the pen-shaped machine toward, first the menu and then his body and the result soon appeared on the screen of the machine. It said 'disapproval'. The waitress looked tense and said in a worried voice. "Sorry sir. You can't order meat today, instead we highly recommend this..."
"What?" He shouted. "I came here to eat meat. I wasn't thinking of eating any other foods." The waitress was at a loss

and said. "I'm sorry sir, but the government doesn't allow us to serve meat to fat people." Her words made him even madder. "Did you say fat people starve and die?" She was very upset,　"Of course not,　of course not."
Soon the manager came and said in a calm voice, "As you already know, if you order unpermitted food and if we serve the food, both we and you will be accused by the authorities. You can eat meat next time using this free coupon..." He shouted more loudly. "I want to eat meat today, not tomorrow! If you don't serve me meat, I can stop this restaurant instead of the 'authorities'!" He stood up. The manager was upset. "Calm down please. Calm down please. Ok. We will soon serve you meat then." The guy sat down saying, "You should have said so from the beginning."
The manager called the police and soon 2 policemen came and arrested him. He stayed in a jail for a month and was given only low calorie foods.
One month later he came to the same restaurant in good shape. He said to the waitress. "I'd like to order mea..." Right at the point of saying 'mea...' he was somehow stuck. He was upset and said again. "I like to eat mea... I love mea... " He looked pale but thought for a second and said slowly and carefully. "I want to eat bee... I'll order chick... I'll eat por..."
At the time he didn't know it but when he was in jail the authority put some medicine in his food, which forced his brain to stop him from eating any meat.
He still insisted. "Fish and mea... Vegetable with mea... Healthy mea... Low calorie mea... "
