| The North Wind came up to the Sun and said, "Look at that old man. He is wearing a coat. How about competing against the time it takes for his coat to be taken off?" That was the same thing that the north wind said several months ago. The Sun was careless at that time, and lost that game. He became regretful after that incident; he should be more thoughtful this time. The sun took a big breath. He closed his eyes and remembered about the last time carefully. He shone upon the man to warm him up, and soon the man took his coat off; it
The Sun analyzed, "My mistake was that the North Wind let me be first. The latter has an advantage, because it can prepare against the former." The Sun grinned and said, "After you." The North Wind didn't look concerned about it and said, "Why not?" The North Wind started to blow on the old man. The stronger he blew, the tighter the old man grabbed his coat. The Sun smiled, thinking in his mind, "He hasn't learned from the original story." A couple of minutes later, the tired old man released his coat at last and his coat flew up high into the air. But even after the guy released his coat, the North Wind kept blowing on him. The Sun laughed, "I can understand your frustration." After the old man picked up his coat and put it back on, the Sun started to shine upon him. The Sun had thought that he would soon take off his coat. But soon the Sun found that the man didn't look to remove his coat at all. Since the North Wind blew his cold wind upon the old man continuously, the old man became very cold through and through, and his body couldn't get warm easily. The Sun was upset. He shone upon the man with all his might; and it became incredibly hot. Soon, the old man in the coat fainted because of this sudden heat and an ambulance came and took him away. (The End) |
