Superman
August 4, 2013
He was Superman. When somebody was in danger, he changed his clothes into his 'super-suits', which gave him his super power, and could hold up a car or fly like a bird, to help whoever needed help.  He could swim in the water without needing a breath or could run as fast as a bullet train.  His body was protected against bullets in this 'super-suits'.
He helped many people.  He was the kind of person who couldn't overlook people who were in trouble, or bad guys.  When he was twenty he happened to obtain the 'super-suits', and after that, he helped as many people as he could; for more than twenty years in fact.  Now, he was in his forties and tended to be overweight.  He didn't want people to see him with a fat figure, so he exercised every day and kept his body in shape.
One day, he was walking downtown and saw a young woman surrounded by three young gangsters.  They were harassing her,
tossing her handbag back and forth to each other.  Now, was his 'show-time'.   He went into the gap between two buildings and quickly changed his clothes into the 'super-suits'.  He appeared in front of them and shouted, "Hey, guys!  Leave her alone!"   The gangsters and the young woman looked at him at the same time.  They were speechless.  After a pause, they started laughing.  One of the gangsters said, pointing to his 'super-suits', "Are you a minor actor or comedian?  Nowadays, even children never wear those type of old-fashioned costumes."
The young woman, looking like forgetting that she was being harassed, said cheerfully, "This is my first experience to see an adult wearing this type of weird costume since the Halloween parties during my college days."  They all laughed loudly.  After laughing heartily, the gangsters looked to have lost the will to continue to harass her and left.
She was looking at the gangsters leaving, and said, as if she realized something, "Oh, your real purpose to wear this costume was to make them give up harassing me, wasn't it?  If so, I really appreciate it."   He coldly said, "No."
