How about hotels and inns?

Those accommodation's weak points that the website pointed out were about the working shifts, and so the salary won't cover this weak point, because for workers it is difficult to make their personal schedule. If they are young parents, maybe they would have a hard time to adjust their schedule, to drive their kids to/from their school and/or private lessons, to prepare meals, etc. For young people, it might be difficult to go drinking together as a group.

He recently heard about a very unique and smart idea to solve the lack of workers in hotels and inns. He had never heard of it before, and had never thought of it. He didn't know about how many real workers there are now, but he could say if he were young, he could use this system before starting his fixed job or when he had changed jobs, for refreshment.

Traveling workers.
They apply for a certain period of time of working at a hotel/an inn, days, weeks, months, depending on their desire. At the end of the short contract, they can quit the job, and can apply for the next hotel/inn in a different area. During the stay, they could enjoy hot springs (maybe), local food (maybe), if they couldn't enjoy those, they don't need to feel any regrets, because they could enjoy sightseeing after finishing their work.

He checked the internet using the keywords, 'working, sightseeing, hotel, inn'. He soon found a website named 'Resort Baito (part time job) Dot Com'. On the home page, there were selections of preference by Area (11 districts including Okinawa), Working Period (2 days and more, 2 weeks and more, 3 weeks and more, 1 month and more, 2 months and more, 3 months and more, summer vacation), and popular conditions (more than 1,400 yen/h, more than 1,500 yen/h, more than 1,600 yen/h, Urgently Wanted, Restaurant, Welcome Couple, Cooking (no license required), Cleaning, Activity, Shops (inner).

He tried checking it out, and selected 'Hokkaido', '2 months and more', and 'more than 1,400 yen/h'.  There were 29 hits. The jobs varied from a room attendant, shop clerk, to cleaning, a front clerk. Maybe they don't ask the age of workers, so even he could work. He thought about working days, and changed, each result was here:
2 days and more : 0 hit
2 weeks and more : 3 hits
3 weeks and more : 3 hits
1 month and more : 16 hits
2 months and more : 29 hits
3 months and more : 32 hits
summer vacation : 0 hits

He became curious and entered several different conditions:
[each district / 2 months and more / more than 1,400 yen/h]
     Hokkaido : 29 hits
     Tohoku : 11 hits
Kanto : 81 hits   (Hakone in Kanagawa is a famous hot spring area.)
     Hokuriku : 7 hits
Koshinetsu : 65 hits   (Karuizawa in Nagano Prefecture is a famous summer resort. Yamanakako and Kawaguchiko in Yamanashi are good view points of Mt. Fuji.)
Tokai : 59 hits   (Izu, Hakone in Shizuoka is a famous hot spring area.)
     Kansai : 28 hits
     Chugoku : 14 hits
     Shikoku : 4 hits
     Kyushu : 18 hits
     Okinawa : 6 hits

When he checked the Okinawa page, one of the 6 hotels/inns attracted him. It read, "Urgently wanted, (because of this) the hourly salary is 3,000 yen."  He clicked on the window of this facility for detailed information. With the offer code 291718, there was an explanation like, if one works more than a month a round trip travel fee will be paid. After a half month working, a one way travel fee. A fully furnished single room in a dormitory is provided for free.

But, he realized that there was no hotel or inn's name. Instead there were words 'job's type : night staff'', 'floor lady', 'free rental clothes and shoes'. The required age was 20 to 35 years old. He figured out that this was an application for a bar hostess. He checked other examples in Hokkaido. Same, there were no names of the hotels or inns for the individual information. "Is this a legal job offer site?", he wondered.
