There is a term in this country, 'chisan-chisho'. 'Chi' means, in this case, local area or land, 'san' means production, 'sho' means consumption. So, 'chisan-chisho' means to produce things and consume them in that area. Regularly this term is used for food, but can be used for anything.

If food is produced in a place and consumed in that place, there will be no transportation of products, it means less energy consumed. If electricity is generated in an area and consumed in that area, long power lines or long gas pipelines are not necessary.

The idea of the combination of a workplace building's solar panels and the re-charging of the workers' electric car, and their house location seemed to be similar to this chisan-chisho idea. The job place, office, factory, etc. needs more space than their workers' houses. So, their premises including the roof of the building are appropriate to set solar panels. The building itself will use a certain amount of electricity and normally have batteries in order to charge surplus electricity on sunny days, and if the generated electricity is over than the capacity of the battery, it will be sold to the electricity company. But, nowadays the price is cheap. If the system can charge their workers electric cars, their workers would be happy. They usually charge their car at home, so it will save them money on their electricity bills. And if their house is located near the job place and they don't use the car so much, they can use their car's electricity for their house. Maybe in this system, AI computers can manage the electricity of not only the company building, but also their workers' cars and houses. Maybe the AI computer analyzes the weather report and can allocate the electricity suitably.

The use of electricity, how much and when they use it, depends on each households' lifestyle; how many people are in the household, whether some of the members stay at home during the daytime, as well as during weekdays and weekends, etc. AI computers can analyze people's lifestyle and their patterns ...

This idea can be applied to other facilities in which people stay for a certain period of time.
How about a gym? When you go to your gym's parking lot, you connect your electric car to a charging machine. As a service, maybe the fee from the electricity which is generated from solar panels on the roof of the gym is cheaper than the electricity of the house. If you are a frequent user of the gym and stay there for a long time, your car can keep electricity and can charge other cars. In this case, you might be able to get a full charge for the car for free.

Maybe there are so many variations as long as your car is identified and AI computers can best analyze the situation. It can be applied for various facilities like libraries, museums, movie theaters, coin parking, etc. paying the fee or receiving money depending on the degree of contribution of your car's battery.

Maybe applying for residential areas is another solution to the problem that electricity from solar power generation and wind power generation can't be preserved suitably because that big battery hasn't been invented yet. For now, the electricity should be preserved individually.  

In a community, a lot of different types of people live, from young to old, with children or alone, early birds or night owls. It can balance the use of electricity. And their house's solar panels. If a certain number of households plan to set solar panels, it could be a business chance. A mediator company can connect some new solar panel users and AI computers will manage the use of electricity. The mediator company can collect the cost later from the cooperating houses as the gap of expensive electricity from the electricity company and low electricity from their solar panels every month. In this method, each household doesn't need to pay an initial cost, so a lot of households can apply for this system easily.

'Chisan-chisho' is originally an idea of business. Local areas are exhausted because of big shopping centers from the central or new systems like Amazon. So, local people, farmers, merchants, residents have started to cooperate, to produce good things locally and consume locally. How about using the sun rays and the winds locally?
