| Generally speaking, men tend to be more aggressive than women. Men tend to be more competitive than women. Maybe this is from the history of human beings: men competed to get food and to get their partners, while women fed their children helping each other in the society. He came up to an idea and checked on the web. Forbes had an article about billionaires (a person who owns assets more than $ 1 billion). Women comprised of 13% of billionaires, however most of them were successors of their husbands. In other words, the billionaires are the winners of competitions in business. But now it is said that very few people own a lot of assets in the world, and this tendency has become more stark. He checked, and a web article read that 2,189 billionaires own more than 60% of world assets. Maybe this should be corrected. Now people feel uneasiness about the rapid changing of things, new technologies like AI computers, robots; new applications like ChatGPT, etc. Maybe we should try to slow these changes to the speed in which we feel comfortable. Originally, too much use of nature, wood, oil, coal, gas, mineral resources has been damaging the globe and has been increasing world-wide disasters. The globe is demanding us to stop competing to get natural resources. Now, some countries are at war and their rulers are all men. About starvation. UNICEF's website showed countries that are on the level of starvation. Countries  with 25% or more of their citizens starving are North Korea, Madagascar, Somalia, Rwanda, Congo, Central Africa, Liberia, Haiti, Yemen, Iraq, Afghanistan, Mozambique, Tanzania, Botswana, Chad, Sierra Leone, and Venezuela. And their presidents (or prime ministers) are all men, if he was correct. If the leader were women, maybe they would make priority to reduce hunger. Some of the reasons for starvation are : conflicts between different races, different religions, different policies, etc. Women tend to prioritize safety and security. Men tend to prioritize beating others. If the ruler is a woman in a country, she would aim more eco-friendly policies, to increase greenery in towns, to produce safe food, and to enhance public transportation. If the ruler is a woman in a country, she would aim to have more children friendly policies, to reduce children living in poverty, to reduce crimes, and to make clean, safe cities. In the business scenes, maybe female presidents are kinder to their workers, they think about their workers' families more, so maybe their workers can work in peace. Their company's competitiveness might not be so severe, but because of the secure working environment, the company might become sustainable. Maybe female presidents might listen to their workers' opinions more. Male presidents tend to be tyrannical, in this case, retainers can't give them their advice, and in this situation, in good times, the business will go well, but in bad times, the company might go in the worst possible situation. In the political environment, maybe the point is the same: safety and security. Nobody demand wars and conflicts. Agreement on various types of opinions are needed. Aggressive men tend to make things competitive, and in this case losers will appear. With new technologies which have been invented so far, people have the potential to make the world safe and to produce enough food to feed every one, unless there are extreme happenings and circumstances.
